From source
to sea.
Follow the Cetina through karst springs, inland fields, living towns and a limestone canyon before it reaches the Adriatic at Omiš.
One river.
Many worlds.
The Cetina is not a single attraction. It is a 105-kilometre journey through the geography and culture of inland Dalmatia — from the springs below Dinara to the sea.
Read the Cetina
like a story.
The source
Start with the extraordinary clarity of the karst springs at Vrela Cetine and the historic landscape around them.
Upper river
Vrlika, Lake Peruća and the fields of Cetinska Krajina reveal a slower, spacious Dalmatia.
Canyon & Omiš
South of Trilj, the landscape tightens into limestone drama before the Cetina enters the Adriatic at Omiš.
Travel with the river, not against it.
Because the famous blue spring is only the opening scene. The deeper story is the relationship between water, stone, food, movement, heritage and the communities along the river.
